Products are sent Saturday and Sunday and are sent via a next day delivery service with our courier partners. If orders are received by 6PM on a Friday, we aim to ship them out the same weekend. If orders are received after 6PM they will be sent out the next weekend. For example, an order received Monday at 11AM will be sent out the next Saturday, and you should receive it on the Sunday.
You will receive notifications about the delivery, which will include confirmation and a tracking code. These will be sent on the day of dispatch, both via email and SMS. You must therefore supply a valid mobile telephone number and email address. Our deliveries do not require a signature, so the courier will need clear instructions on where to leave your box if nobody is going to be in.
We are unable to offer any refunds if your box does not arrive on time and you have failed to provide safe place instructions, a mobile telephone number and an email address for tracking updates and notifications.
If you should change your mind about your order once it has already been confirmed and dispatched, please accept said delivery. You can then contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org on the day of delivery to discuss the order further. Refusal of your parcel, unless confirmed damaged by the courier, will forfeit any claim for refund or redelivery.
If you wish to change your order, please do so by contacting us at email@example.com. We’ll always do our best to make last-minute changes for you, but we can only guarantee changes that are requested over 48 hours before midday of the scheduled delivery day. Failure to do so will result in the lapse of any rights to a refund or redelivery.
To cancel your order, please let us know no less than 48 hours before midday of the scheduled delivery day and we’ll be happy to provide a full refund.
